Unable to link my alexa to Apple Music family sharing.

1. The iOS or Android device that you already set up with Alexa. Make sure that you update to the latest iOS and check the App Store to see if there are updates for the Amazon Alexa app. If you use an Android device, check the Google Play Store for any updates to the Apple Music app or Amazon Alexa app.
Set up Apple Music with Alexa
2. Open the Amazon Alexa app.
3. In the lower-right corner, tap More.
4. Tap Skills & Games.
5. In the upper-right corner, tap the search field, then enter Apple Music.
6. Tap Enable To Use.
7. Tap Settings.
8. Tap Link Account.
9 Follow the instructions to sign in with your Apple ID. Get help signing in with two-factor authentication.
