How do you have this internet service while in Airplane mode?
If you mean, you have Wi-Fi, then no, you should not be charged for data, unless the Wi-Fi network you are using charges for its usage in some way.
If you have internet service in some other way, please explain.
If AirPlane mode is on, it turns off the cellular / mobile radio and such, no service or data is used from there. So no charge would happen.
