From what little I have ready about internet access on cruise ships, the answer is probably yes, you will be charged. A lot.
The cruise line is Princess and I paid a fee to use their internet. My carrier is Verizon.
i will have to wait until after the cruise to ask Verizon. I tried to text them, but the live chat does not seem to understand my question-after I rewrote the question several times.
