Unable to Leave imessage group
I don’t know how this group was made but it consists of myself and friend and I can’t leave the the conversation the option is greyed out. any help?

One of the respondents pointed to this documentation:

But they didn't include a whole quote about the restrictions which was:
You can leave a group text message as long as there are three other people on the thread and everyone is using an Apple device, like an iPhone or iPad. If you don't see the option to leave, it might mean that one or more of the users isn't using an Apple device with iMessage.
According to those docs you need at least four people on the chat (yourself and three others), AND everyone has to be on an iPhone or iPad or some apple device with iMessage.
