Hello mazlum193,

We see that you're not able to sign in with your Apple ID while setting up your Mac. We're not able to tell from the picture you provided, are you connected to the internet? If not, you'll need to be connected to the internet to sign in.

If you are connected, try setting up your Mac using a different Wi-Fi connection. Connect your Mac to the internet using Wi-Fi - Apple Support

These steps may help:

Join a public Wi-Fi network
1. On your Mac, click the Wi-Fi icon  in the menu bar, then choose the network you want to join.
2. If you don’t see the network you want to join, click Other Networks to display nearby networks.
3. If requested, enter the password for the network, then click Join.

Alternatively, you should be able to continue setting up your Mac without signing in. Once you've completed the setup process you can sign in to your Apple ID in System Settings.

Thanks.
