How do I delete NETFLIX APP, and then reload fresh NETFLIX APP?
I wish to delete the NETFLIX APP on Apple TV and reload a fresh version of NETFLIX APP with none of the present users. How is this completed?

The profiles inside the Netflix app are tied to to the account that is logged in to it. They are not directly tied to the App.
Logging in to the account on any device will show the created profiles.
You can delete the app, but logging in to the same account that holds the profiles will bring back the profiles.
You can delete all profiles from within the app or at Netflix's website by following Netflix's instructions here ➜ https://help.netflix.com/node/10421/us
To delete the App from the Apple TV, select the app and press and hold the click pad center or touchpad (depending on model of remote) until it starts to shake then press play/pause button and select Delete App from the menu.
