App Store

I have an issue with my App Store. I can't download any apps sometimes and in some way it goes out of my account and it doesn't load the page where I can check my account. It only shows loading and nothing else. What can I do about that?

Is your iPhone Frozen?

Getting Out of this:

A. Force Restart your iPhone:

To safely get out of this, Force Restart your iPhone. Then, try this once more. Go here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support

B. New iCloud Sessions:

Log out of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to resync?

Thank you for the screenshot.

Charge your iPhone for a Few:

Looking at the power you have left, very little sits. So, charge it to 40% minimum, and then try this once more.
