Phone acting slow and lagging

My phone for the passed day has been acting really slow and laggy with everything like the volume, the volume keeps change when I’m typing my volume would be half way then for some reason glitch loudly, and that’s not the worse part it’s very slow when I trying to change to a different app or just swipe, there’s a delay and or it just doesn’t work and then moved to something eles liked I clicked on it but I haven’t.
