iCloud/Mail on Windows 11 PC/Outlook

Looking for suggestions/ideas to troubleshoot failure to login to incoming server (test results) process outlined in "iCloud Mail server settings for other email client apps". The process is supposed to enable inclusion of email in Office Outlook (desktop pc, windows 11, not microsoft 365 online) Inbox. Any suggestions to resolve this trouble greatly appreciated.

Hope this is clear about iCloud Mail on Windows 11 desktop outlook. No choice for Windows device below.
