Transferring Notes Between iPads:

Enable Notes in iCloud on your old iPad and on your new iPad. Once enabled, then they should popup in Notes, and be downloadable from there. So, Perform the following in the order provided:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Notes (so that it is green)

If your Notes are stored in iCloud, enable access to iCloud Notes from the new device, and check again.

Confirm: Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Show All > Notes [enabled]
