Why can’t I view my subscriptions?

I figured out why I couldn’t even click my name before I could even click subscriptions. I had set a screen time passcode a few weeks ago, and that prevents someone was taking over my phone (a bad guy or a child). Once I turned this off again, I could see my Apple subscriptions after clicking my name in settings. I’m
