How to schedule text messages on iPhone

This is absolutely ridiculous!! Overly complicated. Need a separate app. Makes no logical sense. Doesn’t fulfill the need. Major major fail and eye roll here

I tried this and it’s awful. Set a later time to send a message, selected 2 individual recipients and it sent 2 messages right away to both people. Fantastic….

I concur with the above txt. It’s 2024, there’s no way it should be that difficult. Please provide a better option.

I get to step 10 and...there is no "next" and no way to disable "Ask before sending".

This is WAY too complicated. I don’t even know where the shortcuts app is, and I’ve had iOS products for years….Thanks anyway, though.
