Volume at maximum when connected to in car Bluetooth

When ever my iPhone 14 pro Max is connected to my car Bluetooth I’m unable to lower the volume. I’ve tried all the phone settings but whenever you adjust the volume it’s either off or maximum volume. Running iOS 16.4.1a. Phone has been Factory reset and problem still persists. It happens whenever I’m connected to any in car BT connection but seems ok when I have my AirPods Pro 2 connected

Recently, whenever I max my volume when I connect to my bluetooth devices, like my AirPods Max or car stereo, it is a lot softer compared to before, and sounds as if it is 3-4 clicks below from what maximum volume would be. The "Reduce Loud Audio" setting has always been turned off. I have tried turning it on and off, although I've noticed that whenever I do turn it on and toggle it to 100 decibels, it increases my maximum volume output by only a margin, which I find a little confusing. IPhone 15 Pro max bluetooth connection problems I am experiencing ongoing Bluetooth connection issues that have persisted since the Iphone 15 pro max devices launched and still living same however updated ios 18.3. and airpods software is also up to date. When I make a call airpods are connecting with a delay of 15 seconds sometimes 20 seconds, sometime after a few seconds bluetooth disconnects and I have manually switch to the speaker in my Iphone. Sometimes only connects to left airpods and right never works. It works as its wish. I connected customer support a lot of times and have visited apple store a many times, they are only suggesting to reset phone airpods etc. It is unbelieveable that still Apple can not solve this problem after 1.5 year passed from new product launch.
