Apple is not responsible for Chrome browser compatibility with macOS. That is entirely up to Google to get it right with the currently available software developer's kit that Apple provides during any beta macOS timeframe.

Get the current non-beta version of the Chrome browser and update macOS to 13.3.1 (a), and then 13.4 once it is officially released.

Or maybe your Chrome profile is corrupted which can sometimes happen. The easiest way to see if this may be the case or whether you have something else with your macOS user account causing a problem is to create a new macOS user account. Log out of the current user account and log into the new macOS user account. Can you now launch Chrome? If so, then either the Chrome profile or a Chrome extension is causing a problem, or you have something else going on with the main user account.

Are you running any anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, or third party security software? If so, then they may be causing a problem so uninstall these types of apps by following the developer's instructions. In the mean time you can try booting into Safe Mode to see if you have the same issue which will prevent third party apps from launching automatically during boot & login.

Sorry the users has this backwards

Google Chrome by the Developer needs to make their Software compatible with macOS 13 Ventura.

The Developer has had a lot of time, even before Ventura was released, to Test their Software and make their Software compatible with macOS 13

Would suggest contacting the Developer os this software on how to Remove Google Chrome from this device

Then, install the latest Compatible Version of Google Chrome or Brave Browser

Brave is basically Chrome without the Over Head of Google

I can also confirm also that Chrome version 113.0.5672.92 runs fine on Ventura, I am using it on two different Macs (Ventura on both). You might consider emptying the Chrome cache, or even uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it.
