how to repaire

sir. i bought iphone14 pro max last January in Saudi Arabia. So my home country is Sri Lanka . the problem is 10th 0f May Softwere automatic updating time mobile screen become green.last 4Days my mobile is not working.i cant take back to Saudi Arabia. because i came final exite. how to i repaire my mobile in srilanka .please give me a advice

If your display has turned green that surely is not due to the iOS update.


If you have either dropped the device accidentally or exposed it to liquid or used it beyond acceptable temperature limits then you can get it repaired by paying the service fee in any Apple Authorised service centre, you may not be able to claim warranty.



Take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
