Backstory: phone was perfectly fine , took a trip too Jamaica and was in a pool phone fell in and I immediately took it out was in there for maybe less than a minute, I first sat in rice for about a day or so nothing changed then sand nothing changed so I got it fixed in Jamaica and it seemed too be fine…but when I got home I noticed my signal wasn’t working at all so from that point I reset it trying too fix it and this message popped up. It’s been like this since April 2024. I’m wondering if it can be fixed or is it completely done for.

Water damaged phones can't really be fixed. So whoever you paid for a fix, was likely a waste of money. If they weren't Apple itself or an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider, your phone is not only damaged by liquid, but was tampered with. Apple won't attempt to fix a phone which is damaged by liquid, nor touch an iPhone which has been tampered with. I'd say it's time to buy a new phone.
