That being said, the titanium card does not automatically ship upon acceptance of your application. You must specifically order it. Otherwise it will not be sent.

Did you receive the email with the tracking information? This is sent when the card actually ships. The email would have been sent to your email address associated with your Apple ID/iCloud account.
No, I didn't receive any such document, and why is it so difficult to communicate with you? Why can't I just respond with a simple yes or no? You are a time consuming process. If I have to continue on with this nonsense I will avoid Apple's questions regarding my business.
