I have no sound on my apps like Libby sermon audio, etc

Hi, Irene! Some apps require the ringer to be switched on. On the left edge of your iPhone, there is a switch at the top. This is the ringer. When the switch is flicked to the top, the ringer is on. After doing this, make sure the volume is on.
