In voice memo, is there any way to calculate the size of a recording in lossless mode? Compared to compressed mode?
Example: X minutes takes ca Y MB [or GB].
[Doing a couple of interviews and would like to know. I know that my storage capacity on my iPhone regulates the total amount].

Lossless Format Recording: 2.8 MB

I understand that 1 minute will take approximately 500 KB as a compressed recording and 2,8 MB in the lossless version.
So, a 30 minute interview in compressed mode would probably take about 15 MB and a lossless version about 84 MB.
Again - thank you. It was really helpful. I wouldn't like for the recording to stop right in the middle due to lack of storage.
Another question while I'm at it:
If I use iCloud storage [I have 50 GB] and my Voice Memos is turned on in iCloud settings can I totally ignore how much I have on my actual iPhone because it will upload automatically to iCloud, or do I still have to keep in within the storage limit on my iPhone?
