My Chase app is working on my iPhone but not on my iPad. Wife & I have identical devices (iPhone 14 & iPad 9th gen) and she has no problem. Have deleted & reinstalled app several times and done soft reset with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 16.4.1 is the latest.
What did Chase say when you asked them for assistance
with their app?

Perhaps the app has an iPad version and an iPhone version ... you might want to check the iPad has the correct version.
Told me since it appeared to be an isolated problem, it was the App Store’s problem. Of course, Apple says it is a Chase problem. It works on my iPhone and web browser, so hey, I guess I am more fortunate than most. Thanks for the reply.
