LNER app is not opening on iPhone after 18.6.2 update

I had this problem, tried everything, deleting and reinstalling etc then I changed my accessibility text size to normal (I had it magnified) and it opened no problem.

Many thanks Ch-25, this is super helpful! I've been having the same issue. I used your suggestion just now and it worked! LNER app was just hanging and then closed. I turn 'accessibility' text size off and then it opened straight away. It's been driving me mad, so thank you!

I contacted LNER on 26 Aug and they advised that they are aware of the issue and their IT people are working on it but they expect it to be a few days before it’s resolved.

I’ve had the same problem. I had another issue and also asked about this at the genius bar today. The genius tried everything, did all the diagnostics including restarting in a faraday box. It is not a fault on my phone, so must be software issue. After 50mins there was no resolution! X

I have the same situation and use it a lot for travelling. Any fix yet?
