Is there another shake to undo option for Apple Pencil/files app

When writing, with the Apple Pencil, in the files app a slight shake will ask if I want to undo. The problem is that the setting of shake to undo is off. I am wondering if there is another setting to disable this for the files app or maybe while using the Apple Pencil as it is really disruptive?

I have checked the setting and have tried restarting my iPad but the pop up still appears, here are the photos of the pop up and the settings:

Hi Zak0749,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're unable to stop the "Shake to Undo" feature even though it's already turned off in Settings. It appears you're following the correct steps to turn it off as explained here: Adjust how iPad responds to your touch - Apple Support.

"Turn off Shake to Undo

If you tend to unintentionally shake iPad, you can turn off Shake to Undo. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch."

If that's not working, we recommend updating iPadOS if you're not already updated to the latest version. Here's how if needed: Update iPadOS - Apple Support. Then check to see if the issue persists after updating.

Take care.

This is extremely aggravating. This response sounds canned and we'd like an actual person to attempt to replicate this issue.

I can verify that both my iPhone and iPad (both running the latest software versions) continue to Shake To Undo in the Files app while I'm using Markup, even though I've switched it off in Accessibility. I experience the correct behavior in the Notes app.
