Ir seems dead

Hi all really need some help. My volume for my Siri Remote stopped working suddenly and I have tried everything with no help. The remote controls the volume on another TV but not the 50 inch I use. My sound bar worked for months then just stopped now the atv 4k does not learn remotes any more. When Zi reset the remote it shows connection lost and remains disconnected for hours until I touch the remote.
