Why can't I record Time-Lapse video on my iPhone 13 FRONT camera?
Is there a reason my FRONT camera time-lapse videos do not record? My back camera videos do. Am I missing something?

Lacking additional information on what is happening during those attempts, a good first step would be to ensure your device software is up-to-date by following Update your iPhone or iPad. If still happening, test other photo and video modes using the front-facing camera, and remove any cases you may have installed to ensure there's no potential interference.
