There's some conflicting information in your post you'll want to clarify in. You mentioned that your package didn't get renewed and you didn't get your money back. So did you purchase an item, get charged for it but you didn't receive the item? Or did you submit a refund request for an item and haven't received your money back yet?
You also mentioned something about an issue with an iTunes payment. Are you getting some sort of error message when you try to make a purchase in the iTunes store? If so, what is the error message?
