Hey Newtoearbuds,

While their would not be an option specific to increasing bass levels for audio, we'd recommend reviewing this link for your options on customizing headphone audio with iPhone: Customize headphone audio levels on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

"Manually adjust audio settings

From the Headphone Audio screen, you can also adjust tone and amplification settings manually. Tap Play Sample to hear an audio sample with your current settings. You can change these settings while listening to the sample to compare them.

To adjust the audio volume balance between left and right channels:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual.
  2. Adjust the Balance slider.

If you're using Transparency mode on your AirPods Pro or AirPods Max, learn how to adjust the audio-volume balance between left and right channels."

Thanks!

Nothing worked. I was told that perhaps the Apple earbuds pro gen 2 were defective so I returned them. I purchased another pair but I saw some reviews re bose quietcomfort earbuds 2 so I also bought them!! The bose work sooo much better, better than 2x the sound quality of the Apple earbuds. And at the same price. I returned these apple earbuds too. Tell your customers that if they want superior sound try the Bose.
