Hello. I have a Switching Adapter input 100-240V 50/60Hz 8.2A output 5.0v 1000mA VI efficiency level

made in china.

does this work on my iPhone 7+?

It will work, but not very well. 1 amp (1,000 ma) is the minimum that the iPhone 7 requires. And many inexpensive adapters are not safe to use. Here are 2 videos about poor quality USB power adapters:



As good quality adapters are inexpensive, I would suggest not using one of unknown quality. Get an Apple adapter, or one from a recognized quality manufacturer such as Griffin, Anker, Samsung, etc.
