"Macintosh HD" is the default name of its internal storage device.

It stands for "Macintosh Hard Drive" but really means the primary (boot) drive and can include drives with flash storage rather than actual rotating hard drives. It can be renamed, but as others noted "Macintosh HD" is the default name.
