How to Unlock a Locked iPhone:

If you are locked out, then contact Apple Support. This is a theft deterrent. So, if you do not have the original proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt or original packing), then you may not be able to get back in. So, set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, you'd bring along a proof of purchase (i.e. sale receipt or original packaging) and the iPhone, itself.

No, you will need to reset your phone. There is no code.

There is no code, read throught the posts, the answer has been given several times. It doesn't mater if you know your passcode, once the phone is locked, you need to reset it.
