On find my iPhone it says no location found for my ipad

i can’t find my iPad and on find my iPhone it says no location found

iPad (10th generation)

"No location found" indicates that Find My was not enabled on the iPad.....before.....it was lost.


If Find My was enabled, the current location would be displayed......unless......


  • The battery has run down
  • The iPad has been powered off
  • The iPad does not have a connection to the Internet where it is currently located


In the case of the 3 items above, the iPad would show up in Find My as "Offline"


You will need to look for the iPad the old fashioned way.....with your eyes.
