So why is my account disabled and won’t let me update payment info

Every since I reported bogus charges I have been locked out of my Apple Account. I can’t even update apps or payment info. This is so petty. Are you going to fix this issue or should I just get a Galaxy ? Asking for myself

Nobody on thee boards can; most of them are other customers, not Apple employees. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.


iTunes Store charge disputes should be taken up with Apple unless a card gets compromised. Doing it through a financial institution is known to cause this issue.
