I want to view my current street location on Apple Watch.

I want to see on my Apple Watch the street on which I am walking right now. Without setting a destination. Is there an app for that / a “complication” I can use?

Hey Jessie_carh,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We'd be happy to help out. We understand you'd like to be able to see the street you're located on without setting a destination. The following directions will guide you towards doing so.

While wearing your watch and walking down the street, if you tap on the Digital Crown to go back to your Home Screen layout, you should be able to tap on the Maps app and then tap on Location. This will show where you're at currently. If street name you're on isn't shown, you may need to zoom in a bit further by double tapping on the display of your Apple Watch. Do so as needed until the street name appears.

This is outlined further in the following resource and quoted below: Find places and explore with Apple Watch - Apple Support

See and search your current location and surroundings
1. Open the Maps app  on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap Location.
3. To search around your location, tap the More button, then tap Search Here.
4. Tap Transit Map to see nearby transit options.
5. Note: Transit Map is not available in all regions.

The Maps app showing a map. Your location is shown as a blue dot on the map.

On Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 5 and later, a blue cone on the map shows the direction your watch is facing.

We hope this helps out.

Take care!
