Refund Money

If Apple sent you the message you posted, that refund should arrive at you bank before 11 June 2023.

But you're not addressing Apple here and we, just users like you, cannot speak on Apple behalf.

if you read the section I posted (specifically under "All other payment methods" paragraph, and if you look at it better, you'll find that it might take 30 days to get the money back.
