Cannot Use App Store Because "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes."

People have asked questions about this, but after an entire weekend of research, I believe I have a unique situation that even Apple support hasn't resolved. This is my last resort.


I noticed that I cannot use App Store because of the "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes." problem. I have tried changing my Apple ID password over and over again. I have signed out of my Apple ID in settings and signed back in. Still the same problem.


Apple support told me that Apple ID can never be restored to iTunes. I wonder why. I wasn't given any reason, just linked to the Terms of Service document. They suggested I create a new Apple ID and use it to log in to the App Store. I did. I still cannot install or update apps. That error message keeps popping up. I logged out and logged in and restarted the phone several times. No solution.


It's like I'm blocked out even if I use a new Apple ID. My old Apple ID is still the one in my settings because my iCloud and family sharing is linked to that. The support staff told me that I can use a different ID in the App Store.


Does someone have a solution? I feel like I can't even use the phone I bought - like I don't own it.

used to say you get that message if there's a payment issue. It doesn't any longer but that doesn't mean it isn't the reason anymore, just that Apple removed it. If that is the case and you are using the same card with the new accounts, it may be there is some unexplained issue with the card. I don't work for Apple, all I know is what I seen in many posts over the past 18 years here.
