Airdrop sending to multiple devices instead of the one selected

I'm using AirDrop to send 6 pics from my iPhone to my MacBook, but when I select it from the lost of available devices, the photos are also sent to my work Mac Mini!

However, if I chose to send to my Mac Mini instead, the photos aren't sent to my Macbook...

Why are the pics being sent to a device that hasn't been selected?

I'd suggest updating the iPhone to current iOS (to iOS 16.4.1(a)), and updating the Macs to the most recent updates available for their versions, and trying this again.

If that fails, are you sharing an Apple ID across all those systems?

Is iCloud Photos enabled on some or all, if they're sharing an Apple ID?
