Transfer out of funds - horrible experience

I wanted to transfer back to my checking account my funds from Apple savings. The app says 1-3 Biz days, it's been 4 days and still nothing. I call Customer support, spend 1 hour on the phone, they have no idea, "we opened a ticket" but we don't know what happened. This is insanity.

So here’s how transfers work (which is pretty standard from HYSA).

Any transfer request received after 9:30 AM ET, is considered a next day transfer. Transfers are via ACH and have no fees associated with the transfer. ACH transfers are 1 to 3 days, excluding weekends, holidays, bank (Federal Reserve) holidays.

So, if I transfer $50,000 at 10:00 AM ET on a Monday, it will be delivered/received Wednesday at the earliest and Friday at the latest. Exact time of availability is subject to receiving financial institutions policies and regulations.

This information is all contained in Apple Deposit Account Agreement.

Instant no fee transfers are available by using a verified Apple Cash account.

Yeah - no that has nothing to do with it. We are at 7 biz days today and still no transfer. Called again today, what they finally explained (and did not in the 3 times I had called before): transfer-in to my Apple savings came from 2 different accounts (my checking and my savings at JPMC, both under my name), transfer-out is to my checking, according to them I can't do that. Funds from the JPMC saving account need to go back to the saving account and checking to checking. Assuming that this is a thing (absurd), there's no mention of it in the app, no flag when making the transfer, no one at the Customer Service (not even the "specialists" LOL) in the first 3 calls said anything about this "rule". Definitely done with them, moving to the cash plus at vanguard that also has a higher APY (just raised last week to 4.5).
