Some things to know, standard ACH transfers don’t transfer over weekends. So, initiating a transfer on Saturday, August 5, the funds didn’t start moving until Monday, August 7, just 10 business days ago. Transfer within the first 90 days of account opening may go through more strict measures to prevent money laundering and other fraudulent acts.
However, in my experience, don’t normally take the 10 business days yours has hit. I would check your savings account today and see if it deposited. Monday’s can be very busy days because of all the backed up activity over a weekend. If your funds aren’t in your account by noon ET, I’d call the support number, don’t chat, and ask for a supervisor. Explain your frustration, but there is really nothing much that can be done to speed the process. There are transaction numbers to trace the transfer, but, in many cases, it will slow the transfer to complete the trace.
Are you aware that you can transfer funds (up to $10,000 daily) into your Apple Cash account? It’s free and virtually instant. This may have relieved a lot over anxiety and frustration over the ACH process.
