How do I label my photos?
I used to be able to label my photos and now I cannot label them.
The box does not show up when I move my cursor down from the photo to see the label box.
Whats UP with that?

We see you're using a Windows PC, and if this is regarding a Microsoft feature, you'll need to reach out to Microsoft Support for further help with this.
While we couldn't find anything about 'labeling' photos that are on iCloud, we did find that you can add captions/titles to photos on the iCloud website from your Windows PC: Add or view titles, captions, and more in Photos on iCloud.com If this is what you're referring to, this wouldn't have to do with anything related to moving the cursor as you'd change these details by clicking on the 'I' after double-clicking on a photo.
