Can anyone help please. I have purchased tickets from Ticketmaster.com for a sporting event in the USA. I have all the confirmation and money gone from my account but when it says add to wallet it just keeps scanning a bar code and nothing happens. Any advice please?
Contact Ticketmaster if their Add to Wallet app link is not working.
You should also have an email confirming the tickets, with an option to add to wallet app from there as well.
You log in to Ticketmaster.com ON YOUR PHONE using the ID and password that you set up when you purchased the tickets. You don’t scan the code; that is scanned at the gate when you enter the event. Then follow these instructions:
