Hello, I am complaining to Apple as an iPhone-loving customer because I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max for a month and after charging 38 times, the battery health has reached 99%. Please address these battery health issues.

It is normal for Battery Health to decline at an average rate of about 1% a month. After a year....12 months.....Battery Health will be at about 88-90%. Expect to replace the battery at about 24 months.
And, you are not complaining to Apple. This is a user-to-user site. We are all users here......just like you. Apple is not here. They will not see your post or respond.

What's the problem? Seems pretty normal to me. In addition to that, there's a normal (and acceptable) range for new battery capacity, where it could be higher or lower, and it eventually updates the number.
