Failing accelerometer

Is there any help for a failing accelerometer? My raise to wake, plus heart rate, and activity apps aren’t working on my Apple Watch SE, and that usually indicates a failing accelerometer. The Apple Watch SE is only 18 months old .

Gyroscope and accelerometer sensors failed I have an Apple Watch series 5 GPS+Cellular 44mm. The watch is without any scratches no fall off, perfectly maintained however all of sudden it stopped tracking heartbeat, failed to record activity, failed to wake up on wrist lift.
