Refund a subscription

Hello Apple,

im writing to you today about a subscription I’ve forgot to cancel and need a refund for it. It was on “Roblox” app I’ve Contacted them and the support team is saying I’ll have to contact you guys to get my refund since I used Applepay for the subscription I forgot to cancel.
