Hello, I have iPhone 12 and I am trying to pair it with Apple Watch 3 . What ever I try it is Always saying software update needed to continue , when I select update message pops up saying I don’t have internet connection , but I am connected to Wi-Fi and mobile data . Is there any way I can fix it ?

FWIW a lot of people have had trouble updating a series 3 watch. With the limited memory in a series 3 watch, your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
