I reset my apple watch completely and now when i’m trying to pair it to my Iphone it says apple watch needs a software update but then it’s says i’m not connected to the internet and not allowing me to move forward. How do I fix this?

FWIW a lot of people have had trouble updating a series 3 watch. With the limited memory in a series 3 watch, your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
