My card has been disconnected. how to reconnect?
Presumably you refer to the payment method registered with your AppleID account - this being used for purchase of Apps, media, subscriptions and Apple services. If your Credit Card has expired, or has been suspended by you Card Issuer, you may need to add new card details. Existing Card details cannot be updated or modified; instead, you must add a new card - and the existing (now unusable) entry from your account.
You must always have at least one payment method registered with your AppleID account - against which any Apps, Media or Subscription services that are purchased from Apple will be charged.
You can remove additional methods from your AppleID - subject to having at least one payment method. If you only have one registered payment method, you must add another before the existing entry can be removed from the AppleID account.
