Hi —25,

We understand you have a concern about your iCloud storage showing full even with your upgraded 50GB plan. Let's look at a few details that may explain what's going on.

Do you see the 50GB storage on your iPad in Settings > [your name] > iCloud?

If so, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage, and see details about what your storage is currently showing. Confirm the amount showing available and take note of any unusual items that are using up more space that you expected.

Also, do you share your iCloud storage with a Family Share? Do you have any other devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID? We can use these details to see if the storage is being utilized elsewhere.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Take care.

Hey there —25,

Just to make sure we’re all on the same page, are you getting this alert when checking your AOL email? If so, this may not be related to iCloud at all. Could this be related to your device storage? Review the following link as it can help you identify whether this is related to your device storage or iCloud: What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage?

If this is related to iCloud, can you please provide us more info on when exactly this message appears? Let us know what apps are in use as this could help us isolate the cause of this.

Take care.
