We need help with my child's Apple ID password
My daughter has lost her password for her Apple ID. We have tried for months to submit a request for someone to contact us to help us reset it. We get a message that says we will be contacted in 24 hours or a few days and then we never hear anything. We tried to just delete the account and create a new one but you have to have a password for that. This is preventing her from being able to download new apps for school and use her phone for other valuable things. Can anyone help us??
