Blurred spots on camera when I zoom in on my iPhone 12 Pro Max

when I zoom in to 2.5x on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, these blurred spots appear. I’ve taken off my lens protectors and thoroughly cleaned all three lenses but the problem still persists. I’m not sure what this could be. Water damage? Does anyone have any insight or answers about how I can get this fixed?

I unfortunately have some bad news. I made a Genius Bar appointment and took my phone into the Apple Store for them to look at it. They said it is most likely a dust particle that is stuck under one of the lenses. How it got there in the first place is beyond me, but it was confirmed this was not a result of water/fall damage. The only way they could potentially fix the issue is if I paid $200 for them to take apart the lenses and see if they could clean beneath them and solve the issue, but there was also a possibility of them doing this and it still not resolving the issue, so I would be out $200. Only other options are to do nothing, or see what your current iPhone’s trade in value is and get a whole new phone. Sorry to have to relay the bad news to you, I’m sure you’re just as disappointed as me but I do find it odd how there are other people who are dealing with the same issue as me.
