Working with text in a table, the content of the column does not flow over to the next page of the table. How do I make the text in the column text continue to the column on the following page?

TYou will need to manually stop adding text to the cell(s) on the first 'page', then continue adding the rest (or the next portion) of the text into the first cell of the same column of the next 'page'.
Expressed simply, the action you expect is not the way spreadsheets in general, and Numbers in particular, operate.
