Hey. Where I am (UK) the 12 mini is not available from Apple, just the standard iPhone 12, with the 13 mini being the only small option. Not sure if availability is regional? iPhone 14 is currently still sold by Apple, so assuming your phone is not broken and it works as it should work, you can trade it in for an iPhone 14.

just take apple iphone 12 mini it have better performance but we can't compare their battery. apple iphone 11 has 3110mAh with 15 hours durability, but apple iphone 12 mini has 2227 mAh with 12 hours durability.

and if you don't like small screen than choose iphone 12 :)

You don’t get a specific model. You receive a gift card or voucher with the value assigned to your device, and you can use it towards the purchase of whatever other item you want. If it does not cover the entire cost of the new item or device, you must pay the difference.

Hello ~ As *SharpieRuns* points out the 12 mini is not available from Apple any longer in the UK or in the USA it seems. The iPhone 13 mini may be a viable option though.

if we compare iphone 11 vs iphone 13 mini. i am sure, I will take iPhone 13 mini with bionic 15, even it just has 2438mAh battery than iphone 11 with 3110mAh with bionic 13.
